Refund Policy

1. Before Course Start

Full refund (100% of course fee) is available if requested before the course start date, provided the student has not accessed course content.

2. During Course

If the course has started, refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, subject to a minimum deduction. Once more than 50% of sessions are delivered, refunds are not applicable.

3. How to Request

Email trainings@bgrealty.com with your registered email, order ID (from payment receipt) and reason. Requests are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. The amount will be net of any payment gateway charges already incurred.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable after the certificate has been issued, or if the student is blocked for violating the Terms & Conditions.
